* 職位描述：
1、根據項目要求，按時完目標有機化合物的合成 Perform organic synthesis of assigned target molecules according to the project's goal and timeline
2、在項目經理指導下開展關鍵實驗步驟的調研，優化和放大 Assist the supervisor in conducting R&D of key synthetic steps’ optimization and scale-up
3、運用儀器設備進行LCMS，HPLC，NMR等的分析檢測，確定一般化和合物結構 Instrumental analysis of synthesized compounds, such as LCMS, HPLC, and NMR etc. to solve novel compound structures
4、用英文完成實驗記錄本記錄工作和撰寫實驗報告 Record notebooks and write formal synthetic report in English
5、有一定能力進行英文參考文獻及專利的調研查閱 Capable of searching and reading English language journal articles and patents
